Praying for Cuba

Today, I'd like to share a little piece of art I created as a visual reminder to keep Cuba in my prayers. My daughter has also been asking questions about her heritage. So, maybe this will end up in her room😉.
This piece was also inspired by the Global Design Project challenge this week. The challenge (#GDP300) is to CASE (Copy And Selectively Edit) Steffi Helmschrott's design.
The Cuban flag was created using Stampin' Ups! Stitched Triangles and white crinkled seam binding. I colored some of the seam binding with Pacific Point ink.
For the background I used Artistically Inked stamp set & the Brick & Mortar 3D embossing folder. Then I added some splatters using Pacific Point & Real Red Stampin' Write Markers.
If you are interested in purchasing the products used in this project, please visit my website: jenalsono.stampinup.net . I would also love for you to join me over on Facebook (Jafa Stamp Cafe) and Instagram (@jafa_stamp_cafe).

Thank you for stopping by! I hope you have a blessed & beautiful day!
Happy Stampin'!
